Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Stocker Place. Since we offer a free plan to test the service, we generally expect users to be familiar with the features before upgrading.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you experience technical issues that we cannot resolve, you may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

2. Process

To request a refund, please contact us at support@stocker.place or through Paddle.com customer service.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or the Paddle billing portal. You will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
