This policy explains how Stocker Place handles refunds and cancellations for paid access.
1. Current Billing Status
As of April 13, 2026, self-serve billing is not fully enabled on stocker.place. The free plan can be used without payment. Paid plans may be activated manually during early access.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you were manually upgraded to a paid plan or charged through an enabled billing flow and Stocker Place cannot provide the agreed service, you may request a refund within 14 days of the initial paid charge. Refunds are reviewed case by case.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
We may decline refunds for abusive use, repeated policy violations, or periods in which the paid service was materially available and already consumed as agreed.
4. Cancellation
If your account has a paid plan enabled, contact support@stocker.place to cancel or downgrade it until self-serve subscription management is available.
