These Terms of Service apply to stocker.place and the related services hosted on app.stocker.place, share.stocker.place, and cdn.stocker.place. By using Stocker Place, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Scope
Stocker Place is a hosted service for uploading files, organizing folders, generating branded share pages, protecting links with access rules, and delivering files through signed CDN URLs. The service is intended for lawful digital delivery workflows.
2. Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. Administrative access uses Clerk authentication, with Cloudflare Access available only for explicitly configured legacy or development flows.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Stocker Place to upload, store, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or abusive. This includes malware, credential theft, unlawful personal data disclosure, hate content, and content you do not have permission to distribute.
4. Shared Links and Customer-Facing Content
You are responsible for the files, branding, messages, passwords, and expiry settings attached to your shares. If you distribute a public or password-protected link, you are responsible for who receives it and for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to your customers.
5. Plans, Limits, and Billing
Stocker Place offers Free, Plus, and Pro plans with the storage, file, share, and feature limits shown on the public pricing page. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for the transaction. Paddle handles payment processing, recurring billing, tax treatment, receipts, and its buyer support/refund process; Stocker Place does not receive or store complete card credentials.
You can manage or cancel an active subscription through the Paddle customer portal where available. Cancellation normally stops future renewals; access and any applicable entitlement changes follow the plan and Paddle terms shown at checkout. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
6. Availability and Security
We work to keep the service available and secure, but no hosted service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. You should keep your own backup copies of important files and should not rely on Stocker Place as your only archival system.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, security risk, unpaid enabled services, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. Stocker Place is an independent service designed with Etsy sellers in mind and is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
Etsy Application Warranty Disclaimer: Stocker Place and its Etsy integration features are operated by Individual Entrepreneur Pavel Pokataev (Police Alley 5-4, Samgori District, Tbilisi 0182, Georgia). Stocker Place makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding continuous availability, uninterrupted operation of Etsy APIs, or compatibility with future Etsy platform modifications. You acknowledge that your use of Etsy is governed by Etsy's Terms of Use and API Developer Terms. Stocker Place shall not be liable for listing suspensions, shop penalties, or delivery interruptions arising from third-party platform actions or misconfigurations.
