These Terms of Service apply to stocker.place and the related services hosted on app.stocker.place, share.stocker.place, and cdn.stocker.place. By using Stocker Place, you agree to these terms.
1. Service Scope
Stocker Place is a hosted service for uploading files, organizing folders, generating branded share pages, protecting links with access rules, and delivering files through signed CDN URLs. The service is intended for lawful digital delivery workflows.
2. Accounts and Access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in methods secure. Administrative access is restricted and may rely on Cloudflare Access, Supabase authentication, or both, depending on the environment and flow being used.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Stocker Place to upload, store, publish, or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or abusive. This includes malware, credential theft, unlawful personal data disclosure, hate content, and content you do not have permission to distribute.
4. Shared Links and Customer-Facing Content
You are responsible for the files, branding, messages, passwords, and expiry settings attached to your shares. If you distribute a public or password-protected link, you are responsible for who receives it and for complying with the laws and platform rules that apply to your customers.
5. Plans, Limits, and Billing
Stocker Place currently offers plan-based storage, file-count, and share-count limits. Paid upgrades may be enabled manually during early access. Self-serve checkout and subscription automation may be introduced later. Until then, published pricing is informational unless and until a paid plan is confirmed for your account.
6. Availability and Security
We work to keep the service available and secure, but no hosted service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. You should keep your own backup copies of important files and should not rely on Stocker Place as your only archival system.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, security risk, unpaid enabled services, or violations of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
